This Privacy Policy is integrated by reference to the Hatch Spaces Membership Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Hatch Spaces through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Hatch Spaces shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.


Your Personal Information may be accessed by any person who has access to your account log-in information (“Log-In Information”). Therefore, we hereby advise you that you should carefully protect the security and integrity of your Log-In Information to guard against unauthorized access and disclosure of your Log-In Information. Further, we cannot control how third parties and other users of the Website may use any information that you disclose in postings or submissions while using the Website or any part of the Services, including without limitation in your postings in chat rooms and on message boards and forums. We encourage you not to disclose or provide any personal or sensitive information while using any generally- accessible sections of the Website.


For the processing of credit card payments and other mode of online payment, our payment processor uses a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) server which encrypts your personally identifiable data prior to transmission of this information over the Internet. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, claim or expense etc., as a result of use by any person or entity of any information that you may provide while accessing or using any third-party website. Further, Hatch Spaces shall not be liable and cannot be held liable for any breach of Security or for any actions of any third parties that receive your Personal Information.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, Hatch Spaces shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your personal information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).

“Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond Hatch Spaces reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption etc.


You may access your membership account and amend your Personal Information contained therein at any time. In addition, you have the right to contact us at any time to:

  1. Request the removal of any personal information that you provided to us in connection with your registration as a member from our servers and computer networks
  2. Update and modify your personal information relating to your membership account. Please use the contact information provided below. Such request may require us to terminate your membership in Hatch Spaces. If any such personal information is removed from our servers or computer networks, any third party who had access to such personal information prior to its removal may have retained some or all of such personal information. We are not responsible for the retention or use by third parties of any of your personal information at any time, including following its removal from our servers or computer networks.


After termination of your membership with Hatch Spaces, Hatch Spaces shall destroy all the data collected from you within a reasonable time, except the records and data pertaining to the transaction undertaken using our services or the site. Please note that under the applicable laws, we are required to maintain a record of these transactions with Hatch Spaces including personal data such as your name, contact details, customer number, transaction history etc. Other than the information specified above, Hatch Spaces will delete all personal information that Hatch Spaces hold about you when your membership is terminated.

Please note that Hatch Spaces will not require you to disclose your personal or security detail vide email or other communication. If you receive any email/ phone call/ SMS or other communication requesting you to share your personal information, please do not respond to such requests and delete such requests immediately. Please forward such requests to for notifying Hatch Spaces of the same prior to deletion of such requests.


Hatch Spaces does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Data through the services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data through the services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to Hatch Spaces through the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


In the event that Hatch Spaces goes through a business transition, such as merger, acquisition by another company or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.

This Hatch Spaces privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes in relation to these Terms will be adjudicated exclusively before a competent court in Trivandrum, India only.
